Although the optimal
design of our heat exchangers minimizes clogging, but the clogging of plate
heat exchangers is inevitable. After disassembling the heat exchanger and
separating the plates, each plate separately is washed by CIP and high pressure
waterjet and then reassembled. Although, using CIP system, which has been
designed and manufactured in TGT CO., minimizes the need to open the heat
exchanger.
