In this program, Dr. Farshidianfar explained how to promote the culture of entrepreneurship and attract young and experienced workers in this company and discuss the production activities of this large industrial unit.
He added: with the help of local young engineers, this unit started working in 1995 and started to build all kinds of small and large heat exchangers of household type for oil, gas, petrochemical, water sweetening, desalination and hot industries Oil, steel and marine industries, etc., made it self-sufficient and made the country needless to import heat exchangers.
Dr. Farshidianfar continued: "Also, the specialists of TGT Company succeeded in designing and manufacturing a 25,000 ton press, which is the largest press of its kind in the Middle East, after five years of effort ``.
The heavy weight press was launched last year in the presence of Vice President Dr. Sattari.
In this live radio interview, Hossein Khatibi, the factory manager, while congratulating the National Day of Industry and Mining, said: "One hundred percent of parts and assembly of heat exchangers are done by TGT Company and the country has no need to import this product``.
Mr. Khatibi pointed to the development plan of this unit and said: the second phase of the factory with 6,000 square meters of infrastructure in Mashhad Science and Technology Park is under construction and the production line, which includes laser devices, has been imported and will be exploited in the near future.
According to him, with advanced welding laser devices, welding and semi-welding exchangers are performed.
Khatibi continued: "In addition to conducting factory tests, the company's equipped polymer and rubber laboratory is ready to provide laboratory and research services to companies, universities, industries and research institutes of the country``.
Khatibi added: "In this laboratory, with the use of advanced and modern equipment, all kinds of stretching tests, durability, Rockwell hardness, chemical tests and baking furnaces are performed``.
